In-stock orders will normally dispatch within 48 business hours, but please allow 72 business hours (or longer for made to order items). Please note — Our Issue 02: Pre-order Campaign starts Saturday 26th February, and orders will not be dispatched 6-8 weeks from this date.
Once dispatched, you'll be notified by email and provided your parcel's tracking number. There are postal delays due to high parcel numbers and very limited flights leaving Australia. We thank you so much for supporting Soft Stir and for your patience during this pandemic.

Our shipping is costly as we are a start-up business and are yet to find our feet in the big world of sales. We’ve worked really hard to support such amazing, emerging talent and are hoping to have inexpensive postage prices when the business has matured. Pre-order items are shipped as per item listing release dates.
Shipping to Australian customers:
Within Australia, we determine our shipping pricing on weight and materials used to send items. For locals we offer a free pick-up fee. If you wish for pick-up, please email us, and we will aim to arrange a time and refund of postage money. We will not post items until we receive postage fees.
Shipping to Overseas customers:
Items posted to somewhere else in the world, shipping is a flat fee of $35. You may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
No Exchanges on:
Sale or Used items, unless they are faulty. Exchange items must be returned with tags on and/or in original packaging, with all original packaging in perfect condition.
Please note that all returns and exchanges need to be returned to their shipping origin to be processed. If your item was shipped internationally it will need to be returned to this location.
As we are a small independent business, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping.

Aus to NZ: $20
Rest of world: $35
Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to:
Contact / Email hello@softstir.co to request an exchange within 7 business days of delivery of your goods.
Wait for approval of the Exchange and the Returns address for your item. Post the item to the Returns address within 14-days of requesting your Exchange and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to hello@softstir.co.
Your replacement item will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.
No Returns on:
Sale or Used items, unless they are faulty.
All Returns must have tags on, be in original packaging and in perfect re-stockable condition.
To Return your full-priced purchase you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your goods either by logging in to your account and requesting a Return, or if you purchased as a Guest, by emailing hello@softstir.co to request a Return.You must send the item with a tracking number within 7 days of approval.
As we are a small independent business, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping.

Print out the form and send with the package, indicating you want a Refund. Post the item to the Returns address within 7-days of your Return being approved and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to hello@softstir.co.
We monitor Returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our Return policies. Repeated Returns will be flagged and potentially refused, or lead to ceasing of business with you, at our discretion.
Faulty or incorrect items must be registered within 3-days of delivery.
Return faulty or incorrect items, with tracking number within 14-days of registering them.
How to:
Email hello@softstir.co with the subject line selected: Return/Exchanges/Faulty.
You will be issued a Returns slip to print out and send with the package.
You must enter the tracking number of your parcel in an email to hello@softstir.co.
As a small independent business, sometimes we cannot keep up with demand, and items sell out before updating our website.
If your order is out of stock, Soft Stir will be in touch to let you know. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by a Stock Discrepancy.
